RETURNS
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, you can return your items within the 30 days after receipt of your order. The following conditions must be met:

The product must be returned in its original condition, including all parts, accessories, and packaging.

Signs of normal handling are acceptable, but damage due to negligence will result in the return being rejected.

Personal hygiene products must be properly cleaned before being returned.

If the product arrives defective, please notify us immediately.
Important: We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Returns are processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item appears used or damaged due to improper use.

Do not return the package to the sender's address — it will not be accepted.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
If you are a consumer (a natural person acting for non-commercial purposes), you have the legal right of withdrawal:

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt of the products.
However, keep in mind:

Our ordering system is fully automated and orders are processed immediately after being placed.

Once sent, cancellation is no longer possible.

If your package is already in transit, wait for delivery and then request a return as described above.
